Sruthy, who dazzled the screen in Mandhiran opposite Hamsavardhan, has managed to leave an impression with a good performance in Jerry. Acting opposite Jithan fame Ramesh, she has given a good account of herself.
Asked why such a big gap in Tamil, Sruthy says, "In between I ventured to act in a couple of Telugu movies. My film opposite Srikanth had a good run in Andhra Pradesh. I also acted with Dileep and Kunchako Boban in a couple of Malayalam movies. With a right script happening, I am now back in Tamil. Hence forth my focus would be in Tamil".
How did she accept to act in a triple heroine subject? "Well director S B Kanthan convinced me that it would be a movie like Magalir Mattum where three heroines (Revathy, Urvashi and Rohini) acted. Equal importance was given to all three of us. Thanks to Jerry, I got the opportunity to meet good human beings and friends, Mumtaz and Meera Vasudevan".
