Actor-turned-director Venkat Prabhu is all set to commence his next directorial venture. Shot to fame rendering an entertainer 'Chennai 600028', which dealt with Gully cricket, Venkat Prabhu has titled his next as 'Saroja' on the lines of the famous song 'Saroja Saman Nikalo' in Chennai 600028. Initially it was titled 'Ezhu'.
The movie features S.P.B. Charan, Premji Gangai Amaran among others in the lead cast. Vega, model from Mumbai, will play the heroine in the movie. Yuvan Shankar Raja will score music for the film.
According to Venkat Prabhu, "It is a different film from 'Chennai 600028'. I am keen not to reproduce the same in 'Saroja'. It would be an entertainer and worth watching".
