The recent star cricket event organized by Nadigar Sangam was a huge hit with the presence of Superstar Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan and many others stars including Suriya and Karthi while few other leading actors like Ilayathalapathy Vijay, Thala Ajith and STR weren’t present.
Talking about Vijay’s absence, Vishal has said that he personally invited Ilayathalapathy but the actor wasn’t interested. Vishal says : “Few actors may not feel comfortable with certain things and I respect their decision”. Vishal has also said that he couldn’t even reach Ajith and satirically said that he will not attend the event anyway.
Meanwhile, Vishal has thanked Tamil Nadu CM for reviving State Film Awards.
