Talented Telugu actress Anjali is slowly disappearing from Tollywood main stream. After ‘Dictator’ with Balakrishna and an item song in ‘Sarrainodu,’ there is no way Anjali is catching the market heat. In fact, many of the film analysts are calling this as end for her career. However, here comes a respite for Anjali in the form of one of her half finished product ‘Chithrangada.’
Directed by G Ashok of ‘Pilla Zamindar’ fame, the thriller flick shot exclusively in foreign locales with a heavy budget bankrolled by Gangapatnam Sridhar and Rahman, there was no exact update about this project from last few months. Finally makers have quoted that post production works currently progressing in USA is reason behind the release delay.
Whatever, like many of us even Anjali might have forgotten her association with ‘Chithrangada.’ Meanwhile, director Ashok has also shifted his gears from ‘Chithrangada’ to Anushka’s ‘Bhagmathi.’ It would be interesting to see whether Anjali will promote this flick or stay redundant.
