After finishing grand gala second weekend at box office, this Allu Arjun starrer collected nearly 54.20 crores "share" from worldwide box office. From two Telugu states along, the film earned 42.60 crores share, including 20.40 crores 'share' from Andhra, 13.9+ from Nizam and 8.18 Cr from Ceeded areas. With Karnataka (6.65 Cr), USA (2.8 Cr), Rest of India (1.30 Cr), Rest of World (80 lakhs) contributing nice shares, "Sarrainodu" has made its presence highly felt. On 'gross' terms, the film has collected 83+ crores.
Trade pundits are expecting 60+ crores 'share' in the final run as holiday season is yet to end, and no biggies are in competition in the near sight. Directed by Boyapati Sreenu, Sarrainodu is the story of a tempered and care taking ex-military guy locking horns with scamster son of a Chief Minister. Rakul Preet and Catherine Tresa are the heroines.
