Director AR Murugadas who became familiar to the Telugu audiences with 'Gajani' and become well known with 'Stalin' with Chiranjeevi. One of his Tamil films with Ajit in the lead is being dubbed into Telugu as 'Dada' by C Yuvaraj on the banner of Gayatri Movies.
Producer Yuvaraj says, 'There is a very good following for both Murugadoss and Ajit in Tamil. The film under their combination proved a big hit in Tamil and we are happy to bring it in Telugu. There are five songs and five fights and has several other elements that will attract the mass. The fights in particular choreographed by Super Subbarayan are excellent. Yuvan Shankar Raja's tunes are also sure to enthrall the audiences. Laila, who is well known among the Telugu audiences is playing the female lead, while Nagma is appearing in an item song.
Noted Malayalam star Suresh Gopi is playing a key role in the film. The dubbing works of the film will commence with a formal puja on February 15.' Dialogues are by Vasant, lyrics by Bhuvanachandra and Vennelakanti, cinematography K Aravind. The story, screenplay and direction are by Murugadas.
