Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu tied the knot in a traditional Bengali cere mony on Saturday. Leaving the ghodi behind, the groom made a stylish entry on a golden Segway at around 7 pm. Dressed in the traditional Bengali attire, the couple looked picture perfect.
The couple's stylist, Shyamli Arora, told Mirror that Bipasha chose to wear a lehenga by Sabyasachi, with traditional Punjabi chooda, while Karan opted for a bandhgala and a dhoti designed by her, with the topar (a Bengali groom's headgear).
"We stuck to colours that are considered auspicious. For the reception Bipasha wanted something glam so we went with ivory and gold. Sabya came up with the idea of a gown since it's easy to carry, Karan just wanted a classic white tuxedo and went for a Narendra Kumar," she informs.
