Actress Charmi Kaur, who is basking in the success of her latest release 'Jyothi Lakshmi' has been the talk of the town. Not only for her performance in the movie, but her alleged comments about the shelved Puri-Nithin film.
When asked about Varun Tej being casted in Puri's next replacing Nithin, Charmi has mistakenly quoted that the team is facing financial problems, in one of her recent interviews. This landed Charmi in troubles and the actress conveyed her apology through her verified Twitter page.
“The truth is that even I don't know for what reasons Jagan and Nithin's film stopped.. But just because I heard some rumours from somewhere about their finance problem and without checking to say it in press is my mistake.. I sincerely apologise for that”, Charmi posted.
Meanwhile, Varun Tej is back from Georgia wrapping Krish's Kanche and is expected to join the sets of Puri Jagannadh film soon.
