The shooting of the talkie part of 'Gopi' (Goda Meeda Pilli) directed by Janardhan Maharshi and produced on the banner of RS Films was almost complete and canning of four songs remained balance.
One of the producers Polisetti Rambabu says, 'We were able to complete the talkie part shooting in two schedules with the active cooperation by the artistes and technicians. Four songs remained balance and they would be shot in the next schedule beginning from September 23 to October 4. We are planning to release the audio in the first week of October and the film on November 2.'
Naresh says, 'This is a multi-starrer film as Jagapati Babu, Pradeep, Saikiran, Sriharsha and Vinodkumar are playing together in this film. The film earned me good job satisfaction as an artiste. I am confident that the film would be a big hit. We are also sure that the audiences would receive us well.'
Another producer Palli Kesava Rao says, 'Though the film was started small, it became a heavy budget film. The music provided by Koti would remain a highlight for the film. Already we have shot one song for the film and three of the remaining songs would be choreographed abroad.'
Director Janardhana Maharshi says, 'The producers are cooperating well in moulding the story as was expected and I thank them very much in this regard.'
