Rubbishing reports that she is dating her “Saadhyam” co-star Jagapati Babu, actress Priyamani says such “rumours” will die their natural death.
“I have acted with Jagapati Babu in my first Telugu film ‘Pellaina Kothalo’, which ran successfully for over 150 days. Then we were paired in ‘Pravarakyudu’, which was also well-received,” Priyamani said.
“I have worked with many heroes in my acting career in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam films. Media has tried to link me with them in the past also, but later all these news items have been rubbished by me,” Priyamani said.
“I think the rumours that link me with Jagapati Babu will die their natural death in a few days. I can only say I enjoy a good friendship with a senior actor like Jagapati Babu, but that should not mean anything more than that,” added the actress whose “Saadhyam” got a lukewarm response at the box office.
Right now Priyamani is looking forward to her bilingual film “Raavan”, which is being made in Hindi and Tamil by director Mani Ratnam.
“I think it will be biggest film in my career. Mani sir has done a fantastic job. I am really thankful to him for placing confidence in me,” she the actress, who is paired with Tamil actor Vikram in the film.
