New Year Celebrations Turn Tragic for Pawan & Mahesh Fans

New Year celebrations turned tragic for five people in two separate incidents. The incidents were happened at East Godavari district when they were electrocuted while trying to put up flexi boards of their favourite stars in their village.The first incident took place at around 10.30 p.m. on Thursday at Vadisaleru village in Rangamepta mandal. Two fans of the Pawan Kalyan died when they tried to install large flexi of their hero.

The youth comprising a group of five tried to put up a 20-feet flex banner between two electric polls on the main road, greeting their hero Pavan Kalyan on the eve of New Year. Out of joy did not notice the high-tension live wires which were passing through near by the place.

One among them Gunnavarapu Veera Venkata Varaprasad (18) touched the live wire and he sought his friend Janyam Sateesh's (18) for help, who gave him support and both of them died on the spot. In another incident three people who were identified as fans of Mahesh of Maredubaka village in Mandapeta mandal died. A total of four youth climbed an electric poll and tried to tie a 25-feet flex banner of film hero Mahesh Babu on the eve of New Year.

Lavu Prasad (19) came in contact with the wire and fell from the height and died..Along with him Sappada Naresh (20) who is an agriculture labourer died.The third victim Srirangam Durga Madhavi Prasad (17).All the three died on the spot and the fourth one was shifted to a private hospital in Mandapeta and his condition is not known.
