Around 40 per cent shooting of 'Nindu Pournami' directed by Krishna Thota and produced by EVS Chary with Rajendrababu, Payal in the lead and Dr Sambasiva Rao in an important role was completed.
Krishnaveni Films and TBS Creations are jointly producing the film. Producer Chary says, 'Some part of talkie, besides a fight and three songs were shot so far. Of them two songs were shot on the hero and heroine, while the other was shot on the lead cast. We are planning to complete the talkie in February and are trying to release the film in March.'
Director Krishna Thota says, 'The film is based on real life incident. When the effect of Pournami falls on a woman, she behaves in a different way. The film is based on such incidents. A fight choreographed on Dr Sambasiva Rao, who did it without the help of a dupe, is the highlight of the film. I am sure that the film would earn me a good recognition as director.'
