Bengal Tiger is the upcoming Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja starrer to be directed by Sampath Nandi of Rachaa fame.
Sampath who has waited for quite a long time to direct Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's upcoming action entertainer Gabbar Singh 2, has reportedly penned Bengal Tiger's script for the latter. However, the project falls in Ravi Teja's kitty as Pawan Kalyan didn't approve.
Remember, Pawan Kalyan's loss has been Ravi Teja's gain. Infact this has given him the stardom and Mass Maharaja status now.
Earlier, Puri Jagannath has approached Pawan Kalyan for superhit Telugu films Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi and Idiot, initially. But Ravi Teja has taken up the projects finally and become a star hero.
Sampath Nandi is aiming to achieve success with Bengal Tiger following the same sentiment. Tamanna is playing the female lead role in the movie. Shooting starts after Kick 2 wraps up.
