Preparation Method

  1. 1 Heat Oil in kadai, add the crushed Fennel seed and Curry Leaves, let it splatter.
  2. 2 Now add the bOiled sliced Potatos, then add Salt, Turmeric Powderr, chilly and Garam Masalas and saute for 5 min.
  3. 3 Nicely stir fry, Till the Potatos turn golden brown and the Oil comes coated on the Potatos.
  4. 4 Enjoy this slighly crispy, spicy Potato with Rice or chappati.
