Preparation Method

  1. 01 Heat Oil in kadai, add the crushed Fennel seed and Curry Leaves, let it splatter.
  2. 02 Now add the bOiled sliced Potatos, then add Salt, Turmeric Powderr, chilly and Garam Masalas and saute for 5 min.
  3. 03 Nicely stir fry, Till the Potatos turn golden brown and the Oil comes coated on the Potatos.
  4. 04 Enjoy this slighly crispy, spicy Potato with Rice or chappati.
