Annum Innum Ennum concentrates on the modern day nuclear family, and the problems faced by them. The story concentrates on the relationship of a couple, Sreedhar Krishna (Jishnu), a doctor who is not practicing & and an unsuccessful writer for almost 5 years. And his wife Anju (Radhika). And film concentrates on how their life suffered with the introduction of various characters to their life.
The film tells many new Ideas that may look at as a cultural changes we needed, and one should have a good sense to appreciate it. And I guess that will have a huge impact on the future of Annum Innum Ennum. The film can be termed as a technically brilliant one, where direction and Script from Rajesh Nair is flawless. The first half of the film started quite interestingly, with good humor filled narration, Annum Innum Ennum will sure to entertain the audience. However in the second half, I personally wished, it could have been more crisp However still it will be an entertaining watch, thanks to a shorter duration.
The background music, and the lone song by Varun Unni is suit the mood. The cinematography by Prashanth Krishna , editing by V Saajan along with rest of the cast will make Annum Innum Ennum a technically brilliant film too. Film also has UTV motion pictures making the distribution.
The casting of the Annum Innum Ennum was perfect, and Jishnu came up with a terrific performance that can be termed as his career best. The role of a suffering writer was safe enough in his hands. Radhika too joined the party with another stellar performance. And hope that this film will be a huge break for both these characters. Though in a small role late Thilakan was good, and who ever did the dubbing, done a good job. Siddique’s performances too deserve a mention. Nishan once again proved his caliber. The rest, Tashu Kaushik, Fareisa Joemmanbaks, Rekha, Ashokan, Salim Kumar, Bijukuttan all came with a good job in their respective roles.
And I honestly wish, when some undeserving films gets box office hits, I hope this deserving one too get’s its due. And it is we audience who need to support good films even though its from a new aspiring film makers . And I promise Annum Innum Ennum will not disappoint us.
