Performances
True to his tag ‘Energetic Star’, Ram has done a tremendous job. He has delivered a power-packed performance and pulled off the entire first half on his own. He has excelled in almost every department dances, fights, comedy and romance.
Hansika looked glamorous and has done her role well. However, it’s high time for the actress to work on her physique and shed down few kilos.
Aksha comes up as a surprise package and has delivered incredible performance. Her Telangana accent in the film was perfect that makes you split in laughs. Aksha’s performance in Kandireega might grab her few more roles.
Sonu Sood is the highlight of the film. He is a revelation and eye feast to watch him as a comic villain. Thumbs up to the actor!!!
Jayaprakash Reddy, Srinivas Reddy, Brahmaji, Raghu Babu are perfect for their roles. Brahmanandam is decent and others were adequate.
Technical Analysis
Music by Thaman is enjoyable and Ram has excelled in his dances and it would be delight to the masses. Cinematography is first-class and Champakamala song stands out for its exotic locales. Dialogues are enjoyable. Editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is okay but could have trimmed down as the run time length is more. Production values are standard. Debutant director Santhosh Srinivas has come up with a taut screenplay and narration. He made his debut count and proved that he is here to stay in Tollywood.

Analysis
Kandireega is a formulaic film with all the commercial ingredients to attract all sections of the audiences. Though, the film goes on predictable note reminding you of the films Ready, Maska and other entertainers, Kandireega has its own engaging elements with a good screenplay from the director.
The first half of the film is foreseeable but was entertaining with a good humor of Ram, Sonu Sood and other characterizations. The second half is a laughing riot with full on comedy scenes by Sonu Sood, Aksha and other comedians. Kandireega has a routine story, yet it is molded well with good characterizations, dialogues and racy screenplay. You would thoroughly enjoy Kandireega provided you don’t try to strain your brain understanding the logic behind few scenes.
Final Verdict
A Formulaic commercial entertainer for all walks of life!!!
