Cheluveye Ninna Nodalu Movie Reviews

Cheluveye Ninna Nodalu Review

Very rarely this type of attempt made in Indian cinema. Tulaja Bhavani Creations producer NM Suresh and debutant director Raghuram have concentrated heavily on giving a pleasure trip via visual treat of the Seven Wonders of the World and less thought is given in giving a gripping tale. Yet this film is worth a ‘dekho’ for more than one reason.

For seeing the memorable world beauties audience are profited with ticket price and added to it the songs, good performances lift the film from average category.

The shooting done in Seven Wonders – Dubai, Italy, Rome, Paris, Amman City, Petra, and Agra is a special package from this film. Raghuram made the climax portions some more interesting, the film itself would have been another wonder.

However moving around Seven Wonders with 60 plus team and capturing the world beauty is a tough task. In fact the crew of ‘Cheluveye Ninne Nodali’ deserves the full compliment from the Kannada film industry.

Besides the visual victory, the film has the changes in human psychology that central character Vishwa (Shivarajakumar) makes is interesting. At one of time this guide falls in love with Prakruthi (Sonal Chauhan) but it is only after a few reels Prakruthi realizes that Vishwa is fit for her.

Now the problem arises. The parents of Prakruthi (Edakallu Chandru and Chitra Shenoy with another daughter Haripriya) have come with some other purpose. That is nothing but completing the marriage of Prakruthi with the son of a business tycoon in Dubai. That is the return of good deed by Prakruthi’s father Patil to his business friend.

Now the parents of Prakruthi afraid to tell this information and convince her shift the responsibility to Vishwa. It is a quixotic situation for Vishwa. The straightforward Prakruthi at a park tells Vishwa that at any cost she cannot live without him.

Whether all is well? You have to watch it on silver screen. Such a nice treat finally smothers with an ordinary end.

Shivarajakumar looks extremely fit for this role. The dancing ability and dialogue written for his image are superb. Shivarajakumar in different costumes especially that of his father Dr Rajakumar films is a match winner of this film. Sonal Chauhal looks taller than Shivarajakumar but she is good in her looks and understood the role very well.

Haripriya is another beauty of this film but has not got good chances to show her talent. Kavya, Venkatesh Prasad, Tarun Sudir, Chitra Shenoy, Edakallu Chandrasekhar, Sangeetha, Shanthamma plus child artist in the team that leaves to Seven Wonders of the World from Bangalore have given admirable support.

Lovely star Premkumar’s presence for a short time is very attractive. Ramesh Aravind’s commentary in the film is an additional boon to this film.

It is a Kabir Lal cake walk in the cinematography. The camera of Kabir Lal had a festival with such exotic locations captured.

V Harikrishna contributes very well in the music department. The song of Dr Rajakumar’s Huttidare Kannada Nadalli Huttabeku….shot in Dubai gives extra energy to the film. That was the scoring of Hamsalekha in Akasmika Kannada film. Harikrishna gathers attention for three songs – Janumana Kotta Amma thanks, Appa Thanks……the title track and Janumada Jodi…
