A very beneficial drink to pamper in hot summer besides curing the problem if indigestion and other gut related ailments.A very rich combination of spicy , sour , salty taste blended with natural sweetness of buttermilk.So let’s start the recipe.

Preparation Method

  1. 1 Mix Yogurt, ice cubes, Sugar in a vessel and blend to a fine paste.
  2. 2 In a tall glass, add 1 tsp ruafza, the above Yogurt mix, sprinkle Rose Essence and chill it.
  3. 3 Serve with Cream on it.
