Preparation Method
- 01 In a kadhai mix gram all all purpose flour and Ghee over a low heat.
- 02 Keep constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
- 03 When it releases an appetizing smell, it is ready.
- 04 Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
- 05 Add Sugar and nuts to the gram all all purpose flour and mix thoroughly.
- 06 Now form ping-pong size balls of the mixture.
- 07 Besan Laddoo are ready to be served.
