Indian dry fruit chikki is made by cooking dryfruits with grated jaggery.

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Grate Jaggery.
  2. 02 Heat 2 big spoons of Ghee in a kadai.
  3. 03 Put grated Jaggery, mix well and melt nicely to a fine paste.
  4. 04 To this add kesar, Almond, Pista and Cashew Nut nuts & mix well unTil the mixture leaves the sides of the kadai.
  5. 05 Spread little Ghee in a tray and pour the dry fruit mixture and spread evenly, cool it and cut it into pieces
