Preparation Method

  1. 01 Grind Coconut gratings and collect the thick juice in one vessel and the thin one in another, and keep aside.
  2. 02 Roast soji with Ghee.
  3. 03 Add jackfruit pieces in the thin Coconut Water mixed with Water (totally 5 cups).
  4. 04 Cook on medium flame, Till it becomes soft.
  5. 05 Put roasted soji.
  6. 06 When soji softens, put crushed gur.
  7. 07 When gur melts and begins to bOil, put the thick
  8. 08 Coconut Water and keep it to bOil again.
  9. 09 Take out from flame.
  10. 10 Put powdered Cardamom and raisin and mix
  11. 11 Ready to serve.
