Preparation Method
- 01 Fry all the ingredients and powder.
- 02 Cut Capsicum into small pieces.
- 03 Heat Oil in a kadai, add Mustard, ground nuts and Capsicum fry it on a low flame.
- 04 After it softens, add powdered mixture and Salt.
- 05 Add Garam Masala, then mix with Rice.
- 06 Add a teaspoon of Ghee and Lemon Juice if required
