Preparation Method

  1. 01 Fry all the ingredients and powder.
  2. 02 Cut Capsicum into small pieces.
  3. 03 Heat Oil in a kadai, add Mustard, ground nuts and Capsicum fry it on a low flame.
  4. 04 After it softens, add powdered mixture and Salt.
  5. 05 Add Garam Masala, then mix with Rice.
  6. 06 Add a teaspoon of Ghee and Lemon Juice if required
