Cauliflower kurma is very simple to prepare and goes well with roti, poori ,Vegetable pulao, ghee rice and Peas pulav .We had it with peas pulav and I loved it very much.

Preparation Method
- 01 Wash the Cauliflower and cut into Florets. Cut Onion into small pieces. Also cut Ginger and green Chilies.
- 02 Then cut Carrot into piece.
- 03 In a pan pour Coconut Oil and let it heat. Fry Onion unTil it becomes golden brown. Add Cauliflower, Carrot, Ginger, green Chilies, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Seedss powder, Turmeric Powderr powder, Salt and Water. Close the pan and allow it to cook.
- 04 When cooked, add Coconut Milk, let it bOil. Put Curry Leaves and remove from fire.
