Ginger Chutney

Preparation Method
- 01 Scrape the skin of the Ginger and cut it into big pieces.
- 02 Take a pan and heat with 1½ tbsp of Oil.
- 03 Fry the pieces in Oil heated in a pan, allow cooling and then grind them to make a fine paste without Water in a mixie.
- 04 Again fry the Ginger paste in Oil along with the Tamarind Paste.
- 05 Add Salt, Chili powder to it and bOil it for a while.
- 06 Now combine Jaggery with it, mix well.
- 07 When the chutney reaches jam consistency remove it from the fire.
- 08 Serve Ginger chutney with plain White Rice and Ghee.
