Gongura pachadi is a traditional Andhra chutney eaten with hot rice and ghee. This can be stored if you don't finish it all at once! Can be easily prepared without grinding, leaving a leafy texture.

Preparation Method
- 01 20 Red Chilies, 1 tsp dhania, 2 tbsp Urad Dal, 1 tbsp Sesame Seedss, 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seed fry in Oil and powder.
- 02 Wash Gongura Leaves, fry in a pan with little Oil
- 03 Close the pan with a lid, cook for a whileAdd Tamarind Paste.Using a pestle, pound the cooked leaves
- 04 Add Salt, 1/4 tbsp Sugar, all powdered ingredients Till every tAsafoetida powder blends wellSeason with MustardAdd Onion. Mix with 1 cup of bOiled Water Gongura pachadi is to serve
