This mexican salad is a complete combination of spiciness, tanginess, crunchiness. It is a very quick salad and great to serve for parties. Worth a try!
- 1 Shred Lettuce, blanch Tomatos in Boiling Water for one minute.
- 2 Peel, deseed, dice blanched Tomatos and chill them.
- 3 Mix rest of the ingredients with shredded Lettuce and diced Tomatos.
- 4 Serve immediately otherwise Nacho Chips will become soggy.
