Preparation Method

  1. 01 Scald and peel the Tomatos. Mash them to a smooth pulp.
  2. 02 Heat Butter. Add Tomato pulp, Worcestershire Sauce, Ginger, green
  3. 03 chili, Breadcrumbs, Sugar and Salt to taste.
  4. 04 Cook on a low heat Till the mixture thickens. Sprinkle a little
  5. 05 Pepper Powder. Remove from heat.
  6. 06 Spread a layer of this mixture on the un-toasted side of Bread
  7. 07 triangles and garnish with Paneer flakes.
  8. 08 Bake in a moderately hot oven Till the Paneer flakes turn golden.
  9. 09 Serve hot.
