Preparation Method
- 01 Scald and peel the Tomatos. Mash them to a smooth pulp.
- 02 Heat Butter. Add Tomato pulp, Worcestershire Sauce, Ginger, green
- 03 chili, Breadcrumbs, Sugar and Salt to taste.
- 04 Cook on a low heat Till the mixture thickens. Sprinkle a little
- 05 Pepper Powder. Remove from heat.
- 06 Spread a layer of this mixture on the un-toasted side of Bread
- 07 triangles and garnish with Paneer flakes.
- 08 Bake in a moderately hot oven Till the Paneer flakes turn golden.
- 09 Serve hot.
