Fish curry is very popular in bengal. We bengalees cannot imagine a meal without fish actually. If you love fish then this is a delicious yet fool proof recipe for you.

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Clean, wash and slice the Fish.
  2. 02 Apply Turmeric Powderr, Salt and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  3. 03 Clean, soak the Mustard and grind along with green Chilieses to a fine paste.
  4. 04 Coat the Fish slices with little Oil and cook on high for 5 minutes.
  5. 05 In a casserole add the remaining Oil, ground masala and cook covered on high for 2 minutes.
  6. 06 Add the cooked Fish slices and Salt.
  7. 07 Cook at 70º C for 4 minutes.
