Preparation Method

  1. 01 In a medium bowl, mix Egg with Oil and ButterMilk. Stir in Baking Powder, Wheat Germ, Salt and all all purpose flour; mix unTil blended.
  2. 02 Heat a lightly Oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 03 Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  4. 04 Brown on both sides, turning once.
