This is a simple, but really good recipe for a spicy Indian-style chicken curry.

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Use a casserole or large skillet with lid.
  2. 02 Cook Onion and Curry powder in Butter for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. 03 Add Tomato Sauce and Salt. Disjoint and skin Chicken, and place in sauce.
  4. 04 Cook, uncovered, over medium heat, turning frequently unTil sauce becomes quite dry
  5. 05 and Chicken tests done with fork, about 15 minutes.
  6. 06 Add Hot Water, cover pot, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
