This is a simple, but really good recipe for a spicy Indian-style chicken curry.

Preparation Method
- 01 Use a casserole or large skillet with lid.
- 02 Cook Onion and Curry powder in Butter for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 03 Add Tomato Sauce and Salt. Disjoint and skin Chicken, and place in sauce.
- 04 Cook, uncovered, over medium heat, turning frequently unTil sauce becomes quite dry
- 05 and Chicken tests done with fork, about 15 minutes.
- 06 Add Hot Water, cover pot, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
