Preparation Method

  1. 01 Remove bones and skin from the Chicken.
  2. 02 Wash and cut it into bite-size pieces.
  3. 03 Heat Oil and fry them.
  4. 04 Add Carrot, Green Peas, Onion, Pepper, Salt and Curry powder to it.
  5. 05 Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. 06 Combine Coconut Milk with it, mix well.
  7. 07 Cook it for about 10 or 15 minutes more.
