Preparation Method
- 01 Remove bones and skin from the Chicken.
- 02 Wash and cut it into bite-size pieces.
- 03 Heat Oil and fry them.
- 04 Add Carrot, Green Peas, Onion, Pepper, Salt and Curry powder to it.
- 05 Cook for 5 minutes.
- 06 Combine Coconut Milk with it, mix well.
- 07 Cook it for about 10 or 15 minutes more.
