Preparation Method
- 01 Mash Potato with the Egg.
- 02 In a pan heat some Oil and fry Onion along with green Chilieses. Fry Till golden brown.
- 03 Add Salt,Coriander Seedss, Cumin and Turmeric Powderr.
- 04 Add the fried Onion to mashed Egg and Potato mixture.
- 05 Make small balls of the Egg-Potato mixture.
- 06 Break the unbOiled Egg in a bowl.
- 07 Coat the balls first with the Egg and then with the Bread Crumbs.
- 08 In a wok or Kadhai heat some Oil and fry the balls Till golden brown and serve hot with tea or as any apetizer
