Egg Shoap snacks to be served to guests or had at tea-time. The munching of snacks – usually processed ones - at any time and at any place is still largely a phenomenon of the upper middle class and the wealthy. Moreover, a number of snacks among the Indian food are still made from scratch at home.

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Mash Potato with the Egg.
  2. 02 In a pan heat some Oil and fry Onion along with green Chilieses. Fry Till golden brown.
  3. 03 Add Salt,Coriander Seedss, Cumin and Turmeric Powderr.
  4. 04 Add the fried Onion to mashed Egg and Potato mixture.
  5. 05 Make small balls of the Egg-Potato mixture.
  6. 06 Break the unbOiled Egg in a bowl.
  7. 07 Coat the balls first with the Egg and then with the Bread Crumbs.
  8. 08 In a wok or Kadhai heat some Oil and fry the balls Till golden brown and serve hot with tea or as any apetizer
