Preparation Method
- 01 Grind together Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Coconut and Poppy Seed.
- 02 Add the spices, Salt, Curds and Vinegar, & apply to the Mutton
- 03 Put in a heavy bottomed vessel and cook Till the Mutton is dry.
- 04 Add the Coconut Milk and nuts and fruits and 1 cup green Green Peas, and continue cooking over a slow fire Till the
- 05 Mutton is tender.
- 06 Decorate with Egg and Coriander Seedss leaves.
- 07 Serve with Rice.
