Mutton Curry is also easy to put together. This is my go-to recipe when I want to cook a simple, wholesome non-vegetarian meal .

Preparation Method

  1. 1 Grind together Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Coconut and Poppy Seed.
  2. 2 Add the spices, Salt, Curds and Vinegar, & apply to the Mutton
  3. 3 Put in a heavy bottomed vessel and cook Till the Mutton is dry.
  4. 4 Add the Coconut Milk and nuts and fruits and 1 cup green Green Peas, and continue cooking over a slow fire Till the Mutton is tender.
  5. 5 Decorate with Egg and Coriander Seedss leaves.
  6. 6 Serve with Rice.
