Preparation Method
- 01 Clean, wash and cut Fish fillets into 2" by 1 ½" sized pieces. Now sprinkle Salt and half of the Lemon Juice and keep aside for half an hour.
- 02 Grind Coriander Seedss leaves, green Chilieses, fresh Coconut Grated, Cumin Seed and Garlic to a fine paste.
- 03 Add the paste in Fish and roll the Banana leaf and bOil in steam cooker.
- 04 serve it hot
