Preparation Method

  1. 1 BOil Potato and dice them. Chop Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Seedss and the Tomatos.
  2. 2 2eat Oil and sauté Cumin Seed unTil they crackle.
  3. 3 Add Garlic and Ginger and sauté unTil golden.
  4. 4 Stir in Ginger and add the Potato. Sprinkle Turmeric Powderr and Chili powder and stir.
  5. 5 Add Tomatos and simmer for about 5 minutes.
