Preparation Method

Fry all the ingredients and powder.

Cut Capsicum into small pieces.

Heat Oil in a kadai, add Mustard, ground nuts and Capsicum fry it on a low flame.

After it softens, add powdered mixture and Salt.

Add Garam Masala, then mix with Rice.
