Tomato rice, a spicy and tangy rice preparation that is best suited to pack in the lunch box. I have used minimum amount of oil and coconut which is otherwise used in abundance in south indian cooking as excess consumption of fats causes obesity and other related diseases like diabetes, heart ailments including rapid advancement of ageing.
