Corn soup is a soup traditionally made of corn (typically sweetcorn) It was normally made in corn-producing areas of the world, but is now widespread because of greater corn distribution .An all time favourite! The delicate flavour of corn makes this soup a favourite of many people. The vegetable soup variation adds a lot more nutrients. Enjoy this soup plain or spiked with chillies in vinegar.

Preparation Method

  1. 1 Remove Corn Kernels from fresh Corn by using a sharp knife.
  2. 2 BOil the Corn Kernels and keep tthem aside.
  3. 3 Take ½ cup Water, mix the Corn all all purpose flour to it and keep aside.
  4. 4 Take a pan and add Water, vegetable cubes, Salt, Sugar and Corn Kernels. Add Creamed Corn to it.
  5. 5 BOil it on medium heat. Add the Corn four paste to it and stir continuously.
  6. 6 Add Vinegar and Soy Sauce.
  7. 7 Keep stirring Till the soup is thick and clear.
  8. 8 Serve hot Sweet Corn Soup
