Chickoo halwa is a chickoo flavored mouth watering sweet dish prepared from grated chiku fruit slices cooked with sugar, mava and spices like cardamom. A delicious dessert dish which can be served as a snack or after meal sweet! chickoo halwa is a popular dessert served on special occasions, garnished with chopped nuts.

- 1 Peel and mash chickoos or blend. Add Milk and bOil in heavy saucepan.
- 2 When slightly thick add khoa and cook, stirring continuously.
- 3 Add Sugar and Ghee. Cook on low turning continuously Till Ghee oozes.
- 4 Garnish with Almond or walnut in centre of the halwa.
