This is a very delicious and nutritious recipe of carrot rice made from groundnuts, carrots and spices like cinnamon and cloves.

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Heat one tbsp Oil in a shallow pan and add Mustard.
  2. 02 When they splutter, add Urad Dal and Cashew Nut nuts.
  3. 03 When the Cashew Nut nuts are brown, add Onion and green Chilieses.
  4. 04 Fry Till the Onion are golden.
  5. 05 Add Turmeric Powderr, Salt and Red Chili Powder. Fry for a minute.
  6. 06 Mix in the Carrot and sprinkle little Water.
  7. 07 Keep the pan covered, on a low flame, Till the Carrot are done.
  8. 08 Add bOiled Green Peas.
  9. 09 Mix in the Rice.
  10. 10 Add Lemon Juice.
  11. 11 Garnish with finely cut Coriander Seedss leaves.
