Preparation Method
- 01 Heat Oil, add Garam Masala, sliced Onion and sauté unTil they turn a golden brown.
- 02 Add the Ginger Garlic paste.
- 03 Add the Red Chili Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powderr, Coriander Seedss powder, Curd to the Mutton keema and mix well.
- 04 Add the marinated Mutton keema to the Oil and cook well.
- 05 Add the Ginger to the Mutton keema. Add the Dry Fruits.
- 06 For the Samosa
- 07 Add Salt to refined all all purpose flour along with Oil to make a stiff dough.
- 08 Portion into small balls. Roll into pancakes.
- 09 Add the Mutton keema to pancake and shape (crescent shaped).
- 10 Fry Till cooked.
- 11 Mix the Hung Curd, castor Sugar, Salt, Cardamom Powder, Rose Water and mix well.
