Aval Payasam / Rice flakes payasam is a very easy payasam that we can make for any festive occassion.So thought to post it for tamil new year .

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Fry the Aval in ¼ cup Ghee nicely and bOil the same in 1-½ cup Milk and once it bOils nicely add Sugar to it.
  2. 02 In a separate pan fry Cashew Nutnuts, raisin in golden brown colour and add to the above payasam.
  3. 03 Add Cardamom Powder to the payasam once when it is done and you turn off the stove
