Rava laddoo is a yum treat if you want your children to indulge in some home-made sweet delicacies.Grated coconut, roasted rava, select dry fruits and nuts, and sugar is all you need to make a delectable platter of homemade rava laddoos. And lots of ghee and lots of love of course.

- 01 Dry roast Semolina well. Turn off heat just before it starts to turn slightly brown.
- 02 Let cool.
- 03 In a dry blender, grind Semolina Till powdery.
- 04 It may not turn completely into a powder form, but close enough is good.
- 05 Add the powdered Sugar, Cardamom and blend the dry ingredients well.
- 06 Take the mixture in a bowl, add Ghee, Cashew Nut and raisin.
- 07 Adding Warm Milk one tablespoon at a time, mix everytAsafoetida powder together.
- 08 Just when it starts to form a ball, stop adding more Milk.
- 09 Quickly form into balls using the palms of your hands.
- 10 Adding too much Milk will result in hard laddus. The lesser the Butter.
- 11 Place laddus in a layer on a plate and let cool.
- 12 Enjoy them without the guilt.
