Preparation Method

  1. 01 Grate khoa and grind the Almond coarsely.
  2. 02 Heat Ghee in a heavy pan and roast Semolina on low heat for about 10 minutes or Till lightly browned.
  3. 03 Add khoa and mix for five minutes.
  4. 04 Add the syrup, Almond, Cardamom Powder and mix.
  5. 05 Cool the mixture a little, rub Ghee on your palms and make Lemon-sized round balls of the batter.
  6. 06 Cool and store the ladoos in an airtight container.
