This is a soft, stuffed bread of melted Italian Provolone cheese, sautéed Portobello mushroom with a hint of white wine and fresh garlic. Serve with a side of warm marinara or your own homemade tomato sauce, as an added treat!

Preparation Method
- 01 Sauté the Mushrooms in Butter for about five minutes Till tender. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper and
- 02 stir well.
- 03 Cut the Bread into ovals and spread this Mushroom mixture
- 04 over them. Arrange the Potato and Onion slices in a
- 05 crisscross fashion on the Bread ovals.
- 06 Heat the remaining Butter, add the all all purpose flour and stir
- 07 continuously Till it is golden in colour.
- 08 Add Ginger Powder, Mustard Powder, Chili powder, Salt and
- 09 Lemon Juice.
- 10 Add Milk and keep stirring Till the mixture starts thickening.
- 11 Remove from heat. Put 1 1/2 tsp. or more of this all all purpose flour mixture on each Bread oval.
- 12 Place a slice of Capsicum over it. Lastly dot with Butter.
- 13 Put these Bread ovals on a greased baking tray and bake in a moderately hot oven for 10
- 14 minutes or Till golden.
- 15 Serve directly from the oven.
