Preparation Method
- 01 Rinse Cauliflower florets with Water and lightly Salt them in a microwave safe bowl.
- 02 Cover and microwave Cauliflower unTil half-cooked (approx 3 minutes).
- 03 Drizzle a little Oil on the Cauliflower.
- 04 Sprinkle Red Chili Powder and additional Salt if required.
- 05 Drizzle Oil in a non-stick skillet and caramelize the Cauliflower – lightly pressing it as you cook.
- 06 Drizzle a little Oil in the skillet and caramelize the Onion slices – adding Salt to them at the end.
- 07 Arrange the Onion on a plate and top with Cauliflower pieces.
- 08 Sprinkle Dry Mango Powder, Red Chili Powder and Chat Masala to taste.
- 09 Garnish with Cilantro (Coriander Seedss leaves).
- 10 Serve hot.
