Kara Boondi is a savory version of boondi which can be had as such or can be used to prepare boondi raita, chaat or the famous South Indian mixture.

Preparation Method
- 01 Pour one litre Oil in a kadhai.
- 02 Heat it for about 10 minutes.
- 03 Marinate the above ingredients for 5 minutes.
- 04 Take out and drop into the Oil one by one.
- 05 Bunda is ready to serve.
