Chocolate Barfi is becoming a real favourite - We've taken our creamiest barfi and dipped it in a wickedly rich chocolate coating to create a real treat for your taste buds - and the kids love it too!

Preparation Method
- 01 Heat a heavy bottomed skillet and add Ghee in it.
- 02 Now fry maida flour in Ghee.
- 03 Dissolve Sugar in Water taken in a pot to make a Sugar syrup.
- 04 Dissolve the Cocoa Powder in Condensed Milk heated on low flame in a pan and keep it aside.
- 05 Mix all ingredients together except Cashew Nut nuts and Cocoa Powder and stir continuously.
- 06 When the mixture becomes thick, add Cashew Nut nuts and mix properly.
- 07 Pour 3/4 portion of it into a greased plate when froth appears in the mixture.
- 08 Now mix the dissolved Cocoa Powder with the rest of mixture .
- 09 Spread this as a top layer on the mixture spread on the greased plate.
- 10 Allow it to cool and cut into squares.
- 11 Chocolate Burfi is ready to be sered.
