Preparation Method

  1. 01 BOil Potato and dice them. Chop Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Seedss and the Tomatos.
  2. 02 2eat Oil and sauté Cumin Seed unTil they crackle.
  3. 03 Add Garlic and Ginger and sauté unTil golden.
  4. 04 Stir in Ginger and add the Potato. Sprinkle Turmeric Powderr and Chili powder and stir.
  5. 05 Add Tomatos and simmer for about 5 minutes.
