Preparation Method
- 01 BOil Potato and dice them. Chop Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Seedss and the Tomatos.
- 02 2eat Oil and sauté Cumin Seed unTil they crackle.
- 03 Add Garlic and Ginger and sauté unTil golden.
- 04 Stir in Ginger and add the Potato. Sprinkle Turmeric Powderr and Chili powder and stir.
- 05 Add Tomatos and simmer for about 5 minutes.
